Camp Reunion vs "One Nite Camp"?

Yesterday which is 7 June 2008, while the Agape 8 families was suppose to having their very first official reunion, and suddenly before it begin... here come the three female musketeer plus a male knight, bravely riding the bus of Union all the way from Mentakab to Bentong!

After some flying colour over the skies and some aeroplanes across their eyes, finally they began with their 1st step into the bus which was subjected to depart at 4pm. Guess what?! The Bullet Bus was really wayz back in the 1980s which running at around 40km/h... Without air conditioning, with wide open windows, the bus for them become exhausting heat and really was an oven in a city.

The bullet flied through our eyes, me(Js), Tiam Fei(TF) and kah yin(KY) were shock!!! Guess what again? The bus reached the bus station was the period of the journey as in from Bentong to KL by bus was 5.30pm! And d time had been cut short into an hour plus for the "Roaming"!

Xploring our church, pass through Pelangi Swimming Pool, tunneling pass by back of our church and entering the chaotic jungle of Chammang. And we entering a combat zones filled with yellow orange sticky muds! Shower with a short like of rain, and far beyond us was a lively waterfall that had swallow many of the living with the dead. Reaching the falls, behind us come pass a little fall. Here's come our first destination...

Carry on ... bringing them into Bentong best tom yam! And realize Bentong Tom Yam and Mentakab "Tiam Yam" had different style of having it. After crying, laughing, crying again, smiling again and what is the most special of all is ... we eat almost surpass our 7.30pm time. Makan in speed of BOM Yummy ... fetching Xiao En and heading up to church!

During reunion, sound like lot of fun there, the situation was a great laugh fun where our dancer post and shake around like a boon boon dancer follow by his fella friends. How to make tie really makes people learn how to advance tie shape making in speed. And really congrats for those who pass the test. But for those who didnt pass, don't worry; more other skills for you to learn! Dancing skills may be! Pulling off the games, everyone was suddenly adjourned the hall to worship hall for slideshow, with the fascinating 15 minutes of flash and movies scene, it entertains many people. Next would be the summarizing and the feast period where everyone enjoying fellowshipping, some enjoy being 'slapped', chase by d little kids, monkeying around! Kuang Fei was ended up summarizing the event.

Next our Mentakab 4 brave soul heading to Fun Fair to spin and spin around the spin 360' games! Walking pass the narrow path, saw many people being playing some 30:70 winning games! Paying 5 person but ended up only 4 Mentakab people, while the one who was Han Sze hiked away leaving 4 brave people shoot up and round round and round the space! After walking back to the church, heading to "xu xu fan" not fans and not toilet xu xu ! But is having a supper meal which the meal was sell to early morning people or early morning working people ... like us!

Light off after it reach the top, auto mechanism!

Tapaoing some favourite... and head for a tea! Running away from the rain while someone was "chasing" us by phones, smses, and oversea with international roaming phone calls. And we reach the "10 stars Hotel" late by only 4minutes and 58sec 12ms only. Chit chatting bout killer and "mini bungalow" in Bentong and stuff bout camps till 1.29am. It was late but some say its early!

Singing Glory Glory in the Morning Worshiping our Lord. After worship, heading up to Bentong famous "Wan Tan Mee", followed by "ABC Ice Kacang"! Before that, visiting Pei Ling Mixed Rice Shop, 2 Street of Mobile Shopping Complex. and Bentong Famous "Peace" shop which is RM2 shop! After that heading to Teh Tarik in Lentang, but sadly teh tarik was tooo hurry in current! Follow by loooking at Giant Pisang Susu in High Hills. and heading back to Hots springs in 10 miles aways, passing by 7miles dropping by looking at the river... the river was sweetening yellow and orange in colors. Ended up in Hots spring, legs bathing and legs games over there! Why ? coz many of them was afraid to jump into the water! May be too hot or the bubble blong from below was scary after all...

Heading back, many of us was paying coz the fuel was warning sign with3-4 times sign! Scary and worse is pumping RM10 petrol was only at 3.71 litres !!! Wow!!! No lunch and changes, everyone was hurry into the bus! Till d bus almost Xplode with no air conditioning inside and worse... no manual windows too. But thank God that the bus filled with sufficient oxygen for the passengers!

Tears of Joy, Laughter of Happiness, Bitter of Peace, and Patience of Kindness was wonders in d air, filling into the reunion was another great trip of 1 nite camp for Mentakab people and the joy of having each other in unity of happiness for those who stay not so far Agape 8 members who attended this Agape 8 Camp Reunion.

Looking forward to see you all in the coming Youth Fellowship at every Saturday 4pm, Bentong Gospel Centre. And if you wish a platinum rated transportation, please contact our brother Stephen. And for those who missed this year Youth Camp, don't worry! Agape is not fullstop but it carries on forever and ever! But Go4it before it surpass ya ages, and go 4 it; I'm very sure you wont regret it!
